Bottomless brunches (and non-brunches) in Canberra

My social media feed has been abuzz with the launch of Molto Italian's new bottomless brunch. I also saw a poster at Highroad for their one-off bottomless brunch event tomorrow.

A bottomless brunch seems like an excellent option for birthdays, engagement parties, bridal shower, hens parties, or just a casual catch up.

I was wondering how these compared to others (if any). So I did some investigating and found other places that do a bottomless brunch in Canberra and a couple of places that do bottomless non-brunch.
