Every Wednesday evening until the end of August, the Park Hyatt offers a themed buffet dinner at The Promenade Cafe for $75 per person. The international chefs showcase their culinary expertise by sharing authentic flavours. Read on to discover some of their culinary secrets.
I was invited* to one of these dinners and the theme was "Mekong Neua".
Not only do they have the usual buffet offerings, but there was a Pad Thai station and a Tom Yum soup station.
For seafood lovers, unlimited raw oysters, fresh crab, bugs were on offer.
A huge array of desserts awaited us but I had to choose wisely as I didn't have much stomach space left.
But perhaps most exciting of all was the Movenpick ice cream stand, to which you could help yourself.
