Truffle Festival Launch

The Truffle Festival kicks off today at the Fyshwick Markets with truffle mornay oysters from C Dine Bar, mushroom pies (truffle infused portobello mushroom, with truffled butter and wilted winter leaves, wrapped in rich butter puff pastry) from 3Seeds Cooking School, accompanied by a pinot noir from Lerida Estate Wine.
