Ginger Catering is hosting a Kitchen Cabinet Lunch at 1pm on Monday 14 March in the Discovery Garden at the National Arboretum. $100pp
‘From the Mountains to the Sea Menu’ including wattleseed damper, Clyde River oysters, hot smoked rainbow trout, steamed yabbies, wood smoked BBQ lamb cutlets and our own Canberra Cake sourced from ingredients within our 100 mile food shed. Wines from Lerida Estate and beers from Pact are included. Jo Donovan, a Dhanggati woman from Bandu Catering, will join us.
